Banquet Rooms

The Waterfront Conference Center is a full service banquet facility with rooms capable of accommodating 12 to 300 people.

Barkentine Room ~ The perfect setting for banquets and receptions, the Barkentine Room is 1,332 sq. ft. with an outstanding bay view.

Ketch/Yawl Rooms ~ This 1,332 sq. ft. room includes an optional wall that can be used to divide the room into two separate break-out rooms.

Clipper Room ~ This 1,332 sq. ft. room is a mirror image of the Barkentine room that will provide your corporate or social event with a professional atmosphere.

Grand Ballroom ~ Overlooking beautiful East Grand Traverse Bay this 4,000 sq. ft. conference center includes all four mentioned rooms and can accommodate up to 300 guests.
